Where are all the Listings???

Shortage of homes in the gta means listings are selling quickly, usually over asking. If you've thought of Selling, now might be the perfect time. Buyer's are lining up for the next hot listing, as few as they may be this season.
A few things to consider 1) Pretty sells, present your home in the best way possible and make sure your Realtor uses good quality photos online 2) Seller's: don't be present for showings, ever! 3) Buyer's: if you love it, so will 20 other's in this market. Make your offer a great one, you may only get one shot. And lastly, 4) Pay for great service. Using the right Realtor will save you time, money and a lot of unnecessary stress.
